There's a new car at work

The guy who works in the office next to me just bought a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Anyone know what kind of times those things turn in 0-60 and quarter mile. Oh, I'm assuming its the V6 model with a stick but it might be auto if that makes a difference in that particular car.

97 models didn't have V6 engines as an option. The best they had was a 210 HP Turbocharged and intercooled 2.0 liter inline 4. The GSX (AWD) and GST (FWD) had them. GS models had like mid to high 100's HP range (can't remember exactly) and the RS has like 120 HP or so.

Don't quote me on the lesser models, I didn't really care much for them. But the Turbocharged engine would be something to worry about.

1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 0-60 = 9.0
1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX 0-60 = 6.4
2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 0-60 = 7.0
2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 0-60 = 5.8

Oh, I didn't realize 97 was 2 generations ago, I was thinking of the eclipses that were only 1 generation old.
