I used to have DSL with my phone service. Then I got a nice deal with the cable company to bundle everything together (cable, phone, roadrunner) for a better price. Honestly I can't say I've seen any speed difference between DSL and Roadrunner. I have a Linksys wireless router and has been fine. My brother works on computers and recommends linksys.

Why no option for college connections (T1,3, etc.)?

1.5m DSL with WEP wireless, Hp 7410 wireless all in one printer, two Dell D series laptops (soon another to replace this one that is out of warrenty, work machine) and a Dell tower w/200gig RAID 1 (got tired of non redundant hd failure and having to do data recovery). Nothing special, but effective.
