See "Auto Industry" Forum.

There's like 5 topics posted in there, next one posted I bet will be with the whole Hyundai deal.

Because GM and DCX are in discussions about a new large SUV, doesn't always equal BUYOUT. It sure didn't when they were co-developing a hybrid powertrain for the SUV's with GM and BMW.

GM already has invested in Izuzu and the Duramax line of engines. The HD truck division isn't that peice that would be "for sale", Freightliner, DD, and Thomas Bus...ect, will stay part of Daimler. Hell Daimler already took Ford out of the large truck segment, Sterling anyone?

GM out of Chrysler Group and Ford Motor Company, would be the one that has the most money and well on the road to recovery.

It's not going to happen. Both companies are in enough trouble as it is.
