Typical Superbowl meet goes something like this:
People get into town on Friday or Saturday. Any car stuff would take place during the day. Sat night we try to do something as a group - dinner, bowling, etc. People rack out wherever. Sunday we hang out, fiddle with the cars a bit, get any last minute party supplies, cook the food-watch the game. Some leave right after the game, others stay overnight and head home Monday.
We also need to talk about grub. Typically folks chip in a few bucks so the host can get the food or whatnot for the game. We're talking $5-10 not including any alcoholic refreshments you may desire.
I'm coming with family so I'll toss in $10. If it was just me, I'd do $5.
If you have a particular favorite, list it. Normal menu includes chips, veggies and dip, boneless wings or whatnot. Most anything you can cook is feasible. When we have a grill, we cookout on it. Burgers, dogs, chicken, corn on the cob...
I have to give props to the BOD. They do a great job of hooking up the food. If you don't know what the BOD is, you're fortunate.
