yo guys, i'm copying/pasting this post beneath from the 3si.org (300gt/stealth) forums, i'm having a car meet and i would like all of you to come! at the bottom i will give a link to my original post on the 3si site so you can see some of the other cars that are coming, i really hope all of you can make it!
hey all, i'm going to be having a car meet here at my home, on Saturday July 30th in Foxboro. I would like to have everyone be here at 11:00AM in the morning. I have enough parking space in my driveway + my circle for about 40-50 cars. So hopefully we'll start the day off with a little car meet, get a chance to park and look at people's cars and take pics, go out for a cruise around town, and on the highway, then we'll be BBQing around 2ish and hopefully make it to the kart track (right down the street) at 4-5.
sidenotes: the kart track is called Racing America, www.RacingAmerica.com
. it's owned by a former boss of mine. You guys can choose if you would like to include this into our meet here in foxboro, if so we can do one or two hours at a group rate, or people can pay individually for 20 bucks a pop. Believe me for the 20 dollars, it's worth it. These karts average about 35-40mph on the track and you never feel like you reach your top speed, it's a blast.
from 95 north/south - take exit 8, bear towards foxboro off the exit, take a right onto Beach street, at the end of beach take a left and then a quick right onto Hartwell Drive.
from route-1 going north - as soon as you pass the Patriots stadium (on your right) at your first set of lights after the stadium you take a right, then turn right onto the first street Hartwell Drive.
from 495 north/south - take exit 14a off 495, this will put you on route-1 north, after this follow directions going route-1 north.
