Ohio Meet Pics -- October 27th

Once again, a great meet!! Heres the pics!!!:

From the left, Mike (Scarface), Doug (duds, behind Scar, can barely see him), Ali (Bigdog2k7), Mike (RMF419), Ross (TFC), Tom (Shadowvox6), and Tom (Carsontl):

The parking lot, I think this sets a new record for the number of Treps at my house at one time:

Tom (Carsontl), Tom (Shadowvox6), and Dan (CaptainMorgan):

Doug becomes a blurr while cleaning the Trep at lightning speed:

Tom's Trep during the 300M Special exhaust install:

The Fridge, fully loaded:

This meet's grill master, Tom, and Ali in the foreground with the #1 signal:

Can't forget the Cutlass we saw at Vatozone (Alis?):

Thanks to TFC for use of the DRB, and the parts he brought up-- 300M Special exhaust for Carsontl, and a 300 Special cluster for duds. Thanks to Carsontl for the trade for the ES bumper w/fogs for my Trep, after a long 2 year search!!!

As always, your all welcome anytime, thanks everyone for another kick-ass meet!! до свидания (Do svidaniya!)

I wish i could make that bash, but i will be in New Berlin, Wisconsin on a business trip that weekend installing 12 computers, 24 printers, 12 scales, and 12 barcode scanners... fun stuff.

Yes Tom that deer scared the flippin crap out of me!!! I'm glad the little fella got away, so my car stayed intact I got home and took my roommate around the block in the trep, he said he noticed an improvement too.

Dan man, I can never say enough, thanks for having us, thanks for taking the time to get my car better, and thanks for the memories man - I love these meets! Enjoy the ES bumper man, If I get more parts you want, let me know!

Doug (Duds) thanks for coming and letting me use your rag to clean my wheels, always a blast hanging with ya

Ali, bring your girlfriend and stay home next time! JK JK <3 ya man

Ross, thanks so much for bringing the exhaust and cluster down to us, Doug and I are very happy guys The exhaust sounds absolutely fantastic and the cluster in doug's car is frickin sweet!!!

Dan (Capt Morgan) SAY GOODBYE BEFORE LEAVING NEXT TIME!!!

Shit!! Thank god you didnt hit it-- I would have damn near cried to see your car get messed up by a deer on the way home....esp after modding it for you... Funny thing, Ali and I were test driving his rig after the 3.5 swap and almost hit a deer...seems like deer are attracted to Treps after I work on them, lol.... and about a month ago, I straight up smoked a deer with my van, head on, not a scratch, just some hair stuck on the front license plate, but the ram van is a tank... Glad to hear you made it home safe!!

BTW, notice any difference in the performance on the way home????

No prob, again, all of you are welcome, anytime. Im down for doing mods anytime, just hanging out, repairs, whatever. I cannot refuse the chance to work on a Trep! Jake is going to be painting the ES bumper in the next couple weeks, and I hope to have it installed with fogs before she heads for the storage unit for the winter :(... Ill post pics!

Glad to meet you Tom, unfortunately Ill be in Maryland taking care of some family stuff, so I wont be able to attend. If youve got other events coming, let me know, and Ill be there!! No prob on the heads, just let me know when you want to tackle it! I may get a 70MM TB from you this winter, I plan on getting some parts together for a spring mod-fest on my car, exhaust, JoeKD intake, etc...

Ross, thanks for the DRB scan, and hope to hook up again and straighten out that 3.5 PCM so it will run in my car-- and I may be talking to you about a 300 Special exhaust.

It was great to see all of you again. If you guys want to set up another meet here, no prob, I got heat in the garage for the cold weather.

Tom, (shadowvox6) check your e-mail. (best of show)

And Dan (Capt Morgan) I found out is was you after you left to watch the game!! LOL I should have know with the OSU jersey, but around here the jersey is not that uncommon.

Haha yeah guys sorry for leaving, but once I figured out I had to find a bdubs that I really didn't know how to find I was on my way. I couldn't miss the game. At least it was a good game, I would have been pissed if I had left the meet for us to get beat.

I'll definately be around again. Hopefully for longer this time and I'll definately make some plans to tear into my car (and I'll actually have my car in shape to show off). The next trip I'm hoping I'll be ready for ross to help me install the B&G ECM. That has me excited.

Here's the highlight of the meet for me

Ross "Where do I go to use the bathroom"
Dan "Well there's over there, there, there (pointing behind all the buildings)"
Ross "I was thinging about something a little more serious"
Dan "Oh, well, there's over there, there, we dug a hole over there"

It was great to meet everyone, and thanks for hosting Dan.

My car won't ever be done because I'm insane. That is all.

You're just too easy to scare. I've always been this way for as long as I can remember.

Plus, this helps me hone my skills when I'm stalking a girl.

The only picture that my car made it into . Thats ok, because it wasn't ready for show at all. I just came up to meet people this time.

Oh and Tom thanks for the caddy elbow, I'm gonna work on fitting that bad boy in there this week, and as soon as that works out I'll drive down to JEGS and pick up the air bypass filter then I'm ready to refab my heatshield and I'm good for now. Then after I finish my other half done mods it's time to move the battery to the trunk and I'm almost there for the ram air intake.

Luckily the vacuum leak wasn't the spacer, because if it was the spacer was going to have to be ditched for now. Still worries me a bit about where the leak was. Ross mentioned what it probobly was and it sounds like it'll be a bitch to fix if it acts up again.

My car won't ever be done because I'm insane. That is all.

Does Doug ever stop cleaning his car? LOL. Alot of nice Treps there. There is a Trep(I think it's scar's) that has something coming out of the deck. What is that?
