Selling 2000 Chrysler Intrepid R/T - $4,250

Category: Domestic
Status: Clean Title

I have a 2000 Chrysler Intrepid R/T for sale, in Canada - Québec.

Mileage: 154,000 km
Engine Size: V6, 3.5L H.O

Asking price is $4,250

OK, this is something hard for me to do, but I need to sell my "baby". It's time to move on as they say. I bought this car used in July 2003 with 67,xxx kms. It now has 154,000 kms. (95,000 miles) It has the V6, 3.5 liter H.O. engine (242 HP / 248lbs-feet of torque) It comes with a 4-speed transmission with Autostick. I got it rust proofed not long after I bought it and only drove it one winter (2003-2004). Been stored every winter since 2004. As you all know, this isn't your regular Intrepid anymore. I have alot of stuff done to it. It's more upgrades than modifications. Most of it is from the Chrysler 300M / 300M Special.

As for actual modifications, I have a bodykit from Andy's Autosport. I was one of the first if not the first one in Quebec to have that back in 2005. It also has a set of projector headlights. (Aftermarket) They have dual halos and eyebrows. I added a real Cold Air Intake with a heat shield and a K&N filter. (washable with the kit, I have it) I have an ASP under-drive pulley. (smaller and lighter so less stress on the engine) It has a very good set of Michelin tires that are mounted on the 300M wheels that are on the car. There's cross-drilled brakes in the rear with good semi-metallic pads. (done 3 years ago) and the front brakes have been done 4 years ago, but are still very good.

I have been keeping an eye on the maintenance too. I have been running synthetic oil for the engine ever since I bought it. (changed every 5000-6000 kms) Transmission has been serviced 3 years ago and runs very good. I did the sparks plugs last summer and has a new belt too. All it needs is a belt for the A/C. (broke last summer) A/c was blowing ice cold air until then. It has a new Interstate battery too (done in 2009) Timing belt will need to be done before 160,000 kms. (100,000 miles) I will try to do it in the next month or so....

Now, on to the "bad" stuff. The bodykit needs to be redone as it has cracks and rock chips all around. My flashers works on and off so the multi-fonction switch/lever needs to be changed. I also have my airbag light on, but Ross (TorontoFireCaptain) says that he could most likely erase it with his DRB III computer.

If you wanna drive it in the winter, I have a set of winter tires mounted on rims that I can throw with the sale. 2 tires are good for 1 winter and 2 tires for 2-3 winters. Also, the seats have heat so it will keep you warm all winter long :)

I also have some performance / handling parts that I have yet to install. I have a front and rear sway bar from the 300M Special / Police Intrepid. (thicker) One 160* thermostat with better coolant flow (has three holes instead of just one). I also have the gears from the 300M Special (better ratio) and a TCM to go with the gears.

This car gets looks wherever It goes and is very comfy to drive. If you want a unique ride, this is the car to get. :)

Price is 4,250$ or best offer. Will also consider trades with a plated and driveable muscle car (Preferably Mopar)
