Can I be an honorary member since my family has a lake house down there that may become a part of all this?

I smell a meet ....Glenn and I have already hung out a few times. We'll have to put something together in the coming months.

My grandma has a second home in Franklinville, which is just outside of Asheboro. I'm usually up there quite a bit in the summer, along with their other house in the mountains just outside of Pigeon Forge, TN.

I'd be down for a meet!

Do the big meet they hold there every year(Pigeon Forge) - hundreds of cars. I went and stayed in one of those lodges- it was awesome. As a matter of fact, I think the lady that ran the place says they have shows there all the time

Yeah they are always having car shows there. I try to avoid the area when the bigger shows are in town - the roads in and out get so clogged up. It's normally about a 3 hour drive over the mountain to get to her place there. Last time I was there there was a MASSIVE car show going on, and it took me 6.5 hours to get home on Sunday night.

That sounds like a sweet deal. Definitely something to consider for the year.

Also, isnt there a show in Forest City every year?

Yeah.

There is a big ass Chrysler meet in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg June 18-20 I think.

I'll definitely add Forest City to the list for this year. Pigeon Forge is a bit of a hike from here, and being so close to Carlisle it might not be feasable to the budget.

We should put together a good old southeast meet at some point too.
