Help! Heater core replacement

Ok, so.. We already ripped the dash off and steering column but we can't figure out how to gget the HVAC box (the black one with the core housing) out to GET the heater core out. That ssucker is solidly stuck in there. I searched the entire Web and still can't find out what bolts are keeping it in there. Please help!
it is an 01 ES Dodge Intrepid with 3.2 liter if that helps

You probably found the screws inside the cabin;
now you need to locate the nuts on engine side of the firewall.
There is one hidden behind the AC dryer (the small aluminum bottle
mounted on the passenger side of the firewall).
Then there is one or two more closer to the center of the firewall.
There is also the condensate tube, that will offer some resistance,
that sticks out behind the tranny.

If I recall 3 bolts from the engine compartment finishes the job.

We took out the screws we saw on the firewall, removed the hoses.. For some reason, it's still not budging from the other side.
