Sad Hube centric rings?

I am having an awful lot of trouble finding hub centric rings so that I can throw these 19 inch DXR performance rims with 235/35/19 Nankgang tires on them.
First things first, will these rims even fit on my car? I was almost positive they would because I saw someone with 20's on their concorde.
I've gone to an aftermarket auto place and they told me I would need to special order hub centric rings for 75$ if I wanted to get ones that would fit my rim and hub of my car. That is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that she didn't even do any legitimate measurements on my rim because it was in front of me the whole time and the other ones that are just 1 mm off are 10$.
Then I ended up calling a place called zeeks custom wheels a reputable shop that specializes rims and tires, he has told me to come down and hell do measurements and see if he can help me out. He thinks the first place just didn't know what they were doing because they mainly specialize in audio equipment. I haven't taken the time to go down there yet, as it is very far away. So I decided to ask the experts, what do I gotta do to get these babies on?

Are the wheels really bored out that much? Many ppl on here have custom wheels, including myself, without the use of hub rings.

I wouldn't worry much with the 19s. I have 22s on my car, with no modifications. Tires don't rub/ scrub or hit the fender. Do U-turns like they were stock. It's all about knowing the lug pattern, offset of your car/rims ... to see if they will fit.

Also, I would get 235/40/19 tires instead. 35 or lower series on anything smaller than 19s look funny on these cars, since you will have a nasty wheel well gap

Without hub centric rings I thought it would oval out my lug nut holes? Is it safe to put them on without the rings because ntb(national tire and battery) won't do it without hubcentric rings. Is their really no simple way of going about finding the correct size for the rings? It's killin me that I'm not riding in style right now.
