'95 3.5 Harmonic Balancer

Timing belt has shit the bed and ripped the tensioner pulley out. Is there any way to replace the parts without pulling the harmonic balancer...and If not, do I have to pull the radiator? This sucks ass...

No, you don't have to pull the harmonic balancer. The timing cover is two pieces, big one above the balancer and a small one below it.

It is suggested to remove the Balancer for additional room to do the job correctly. Will have to remove radiator to remove Balancer. Parts store sells the tool to easily remove it. However job can be done with it in place. Just do not bend the belt at extremely angles or you may comprise it.

I find that sometimes trying to not do as much work in the beginning results in more work later on.

Radiator doesn't need to be removed to remove the harmonic balancer with the Chrysler puller (https://www.autozone.com/loan-a-tool...ler/391370_0_0).

I believe Ronbo has one for sale. I rented from Autozone when I pulled mine off.
