Base Trep ATC & OTIS upgrade

I have officially swapped the entire dash harness and HVAC unit out of a '95 Corde to my '97 Trep to add auto climate and OTIS. Project was too large to post a how to. I now know that a donor car is required. I STRONGLY urge anyone that is looking to attempt this to talk to me so that I can discuss what kind of work is needed for the swap and if you really want to I'll give tips and offer any help I can. While I had the interior out, I began painting the ugly tan panels black. I'm going for all black with a touch of red. I'll post pics when I eventually get the interior done (or at least close to finishing painting).

On a side note, does anyone have any black (or charcoal) leather seats that they don't need/want (1st or 2nd gen lh)? Besides black seat belts, those are the only parts I'm missing.

Wow that's crazy I'm actually trying to get rid of my ATC for the manual unit, got the Hvac box and control and wiring, will be doing in the next couple months.

My experience with the ATC box has been nothing but bad, where as my manual units have always done good.

Congradulations on the swap, if I were you why not swap in some seats from a 300M been thinking about it myself, front heated seats would be a great addition with the rear fold down, just my 2 cents.

i to have a base intrepid and am looking to upgrade to the otis and premium bcm

i just did the heater core and evaporator recently ..and well i want to upgrade a few things but didnt have the money at the time very curious as to what all you needed from the donor car ...i also want to put in keyless entry , but i looked for connectors when i did the hvac work and didnt see a thing but one connector inside the dash on driver sorta left side of harness connectors i could see to upgrade to factory keyless or alarm

i guess im just curious as to what all you used ...and your car slash donor car info differences, like aside from just upgrading otis and atc ...did you have alarm or keyless or both ?
did you upgrade whole harness and bcm ?
what about ac setup ..any changes or extra sensors to take from the donor?

thanks for any details you can provide !!
