Spring Fever = Mod Fever

Well with 3 days off work I had pretty well gotten everything else taken care of so I finally had time to work on my car. I drove my buddy 300 miles to teh airport at 5 am and since he's gone I got it back after I loaned it out to him. So... I changed the oil and decided to get started on the body work.

I fixed the back end last summer, well, I obviously didn't do a very good job. So, since I'm back their, I got started on shaving the trunk keyhole off since it never worked anyway. Gonna paint the lower part black like the Charger Daytona's you see and find some 2nd Intrepid letters to go across.

Also fixed the front bumper lass summer but... it needs it again

Bought this 3 piece spoiler a couple weeks ago at the yard. It was covered in snow then and I didnt see all the paint peeling... so... Here she is all sanded and the outside pieces almost ready for paint.
I dropped it

Waiting a couple weeks for this project. Picked up some Caliper paint on clearance for $3... so thought, what the hell.

"artist rendering"

Thanks for lookin! any thoughts, suggestions or advice welcome!

I didn't say it looked bad, but, it does highly resemble a Berretta's rear. Our cars are not ugly though...I can't say that about Berettas lol. Just don't do something you can't reverse until you are sure, ya know.

If your going to do it like that, put the badge in the middle of the reverse light. Like the charger, I think it looks funny down low.

Well, with nothing set out to do today I got up early and got some more work finished.

The summer rims are back on and calipers painted.

The bumper is back to looking good

*poof* The rust is gone!

The spoiler is awaiting it's final coat *note where I got my screen name*

And here she is sittin pretty

I ordered a new style Dodge logo from the new Charger and am waiting for it before I start on revamping the back end.

Ah, now back to waiting for paint to dry.

Looks pretty good!

Nice rims.

But somehow, the stripe and the spoiler seems a little too much to me.

Maybe if the spoiler was white or if the stripe wasn't there.......

Meh, as long as you like it.

Cheers

Agreed. And it could also use a drop to kill some of that wheel gap!
