Sad 02 2.7 no spark no start

Car stalled on highway, was towed, sat in tow yard for weekend with key in acc position so battery completely died, losing all codes and freeze frame

Car won't start, no spark, has fuel.

On scan tool, does show cam and crank are out of sync, so took valve covers and timing cover off, timing is lined up perfectly

Fuses and relays are ok

Car doesn't start when cam sensor unplugged, but that will throw cam code

Has 93,000 miles, water pump replaced 250 miles ago along with guides and tensioner along with head gasket due to head gasket leaking between heads below intake

hope your tensioner didn't fail. sounds like the motor turns but you don't get spark, when you start up?
