Battery Drain in Fuse W ASD/PCM

I have a 2003 Intrepid with a 3.5. Last winter and this winter I have a battery drain. I troubleshoot it to fuse W the ASD/PCM fuse. When I turn the intrepid off, after a couple of minutes there is still over 350 ma of current on the battery. When I remove fuse W, the ASD/PCM fuse, the current drops to less then 50 ma. I can re-install the fuse and the current does not go up to the 350 range. It stays at ~30. It did not happen at all over the summer but as soon as it got cold again, freezing temps, it started acting up. It may be just a coincidence, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I am unable to find a wiring diagram for this configuration but it would greatly help me troubleshoot the rest. Also, any ideas on why there is a current draw on this magnitude on this fuse. I am only assuming a short of some kind.

Download the 2004 FSM from here: https://www.dodgeintrepid.net/113-s...04-service-diagnostic-manuals-pdf-format.html
2004 manual will be accurate for 2003. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.

Some year FSMs mention that some of the computers stay active for several minutes after you turn it off, which could explain the 350mA draw. I don’t know if that applies to 2003/2004. I would wait 30 minutes after shutting it down and re-check current draw. It should drop to below 35mA. Not saying that there isn’t something else draining the battery. You sure your battery is not shot? How old is your battery. Cold weather can push an older battery on its last legs over the cliff. Also the plates can warp in an abused battery and intermittently short due to temperature extremes.
