Question Can SomeOne Tell Me What This is Called?

I Feel Very embarrassed asking this, but the truth is, Idk WTH its Called.... I have looked everywhere I can to find out what its called, I need it to complete My Build, as the engine I bought didn't come with it for whatever reason the Seller had. I'm calling back the folks where I bought the engine to let'em know so they can send it to Me. But Its embarrassing, I don't even know what its called, I managed to find out about the Idler Pulley and Brackets, But I couldn't find what this other one between the Alternator And PowerSteering called, Not even in the manual.. SmH

Please Help Me ASAP.
Thank You.

The One on the Left I know is Idler Pulley, Whats the One on the Right B/W The Alternator And P/S Called?

That is also an idler pulley but it is flat, not v-shaped like the AC idler.

From the parts catalog found on this site: 04792112AE PULLEY, Idler
