2002 Intrepid, where do I start?

Hello

I recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. I have never made any changes to a car when it comes to modifying the body. I'm interested in modifying the front end/lights first. I wanted fog lights, but I have the front which does not have the area for the lights to be installed. Which direction should I head in? I've been looking at different front bumpers for the car since I don't particularly like the original front as it is now.

Just to note, I have no experience when it comes to cars and wouldn't be doing any of the work myself because of that.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I've heard bad things about having an aftermarket moonroof installed, any opinions?

thats a pretty clean trep !
for the bumper, you could just add the ES bumper W/fogs.

Thank you! I'm excited to start making changes to it and hope I can get the new bumper on relatively soon.

Welcome to the site zorched.

Well you could add the factory fog light bumper cover that came with ES and SXT models. Look at this beauty:

As for aftermarket moonroofs, I have heard that you are more likely to have issues with an aftermarket installation than not. I have heard of someone getting a top notch, top quality installation, but it wasn't cheap

Yes, what you have there is exactly what I was hoping for. What is your suggestion for making the headlights stand out until I am able to replace the front? I've glanced over some threads talking about smoking the headlights and I've also seen cars with the bright indigo lights.

I want a moonroof but do not think that it will be worth the trouble at all.

Thanks for the welcomes! I'm looking over rockauto.com right now, thanks!

I wouldn't recommend painting your headlights, but AVS covers are a good alternative, that way you can take them off at night so you can see.
