Question Autostick again...

I know there is list upon list upon list for auto-stick and what you need on here, but I was wondering if anybody has pictures of what each piece looks like. I have my parts car that has auto-stick, but I have no idea what anything is called or what it looks like

So is there any chance anyone can help me out so I know what to pull and what to leave ??

Thanks for any info gang!!

for my car (02), all I needed was:

Autostick cluster
Autostick shift bezel
Autostick shifter
Wiring

Then I had to wire it up; wires from the shift bezel to a few wires under the driver side dash.

here's what I bought:

I am unsure how the 99 electronics work, so the process may be different, but I am unsure.

That should do it for any '99 and up, and his since it is a '99. Just in case someone else reads this, if you have a '98, you would also need to swap out the TCM for any from '99 thru '01, or one from a '98 that from a car that came with A/S. (For '98, two TCM part numbers - one for A/S, one for non-A/S; for the other years, the same TCM works in either setup - the firmware knows which the car is by reading the cluster type.)

The shifter should have a plug attached with 4 wires iirc; keep this intact, its going into your car. The red\white wire you should take out completely from the car; remove the tabs from the plug (pictured below) and remove it all the way, making sure the silver piece at the end is intact. The others you can cut out, and splice into your car later. The reason you need the red\white completely is cause you'll need to add it into your car's plug.

Also, take a look to see if the brackets for the shifter match that is in your car, where 1 of the cables go. IIRC there are 2 designs; square and round.

Here's the spot where the red\white wire is on the parts car;
