Mounted some 06 Charger wheels

Ok, ordered my Pirelli PZero Nero 245/45ZR-18 AS tires I purchased from TireRack (first time, easy transaction) and mounted them up to my Charger Wheels I recently purchased..

So far I really happy with the look and the way they handle. Also got a Lifetime Alignment (Firestone) while I was having the wheels mounted there anyway. I must say it feels like a new car and might be able to hold off on struts shocks and sway bar for now as my wallet needs some rest…

I’m not sure if it’s the tires or alignment but the Trep feels a lot more responsive, almost like it might have too much Tow in the alignment. They showed me the settings, but did not give me the paperwork—might go back to get a copy.

Here are some pics after I brought her home and I haven’t cleaned the tires yet and the lighting was crappy.
What do you guys like to use to clean up your skins?

Thanks for everyone’s advise on here as I had no clue going in and am really glad I came on here for pointers.

It turns out the timing was great and I’m glad I missed out on the first set of Charger wheels and didn’t spend the extra coin on NEW discount tire rims.

Looks good - ahhhh, 5-spokes!

Glad you like the improved handling. Some of that is the wider tread, some the lower profile, some the Z-rating. For big sedans these cars actually handle quite well.

I use Meguire's as well but I just use the general tire spray, nothing fancy. I don't like shiny rubber (or vinyl, for that matter). Of course, warm, slightly soapy water and a good stiff brush is where you need to start ...

Thanks guys--couldn't have done it w/o you.

Now I'm officially ready to sell my OEM rims.

If you know anyone or the best place to sell that would be great.

Ideally AZ would be best so I don't have to deal with shipping.

Here they are:
