Used BCM?. If so and it came from a vehicle that had the VTSS/SKIM enabeled and you try to start it sends a signal to the PCM looking for the pin#. Since your PCM was not enabled for the VTSS/SKIM your PCM locked up after the sixth attempt. Once it Locks out after the 6th attempt if will not start. The 1 hour waiting period only works if you already had a VTSS/Skim car and you replaced a module and didn't enter the secret key code. Now the bad news your PCM now needs to be replaced also. You can try having a dealer re-flash the PCM, but i've been told that won't work. (I would try it with my DRB III but I don't have the GPIB/USB adapter to download from Chrysler's Tech Authority) So your best bet would be a remanufactured PCM (Autocomputerexchange.net has them for $160 + Shipping and it comes programed with your VIN and Mileage )and then find a BCM that is from a car that doen't have the VTSS/SKIM enabled or get that from Auto computer exchange too.
