300m (3.5) PCM in a 2.7 is it possible?

hey getting ready to switch engines... came across a 03 PCM from a 300M for $50 and wondering if I could swap mine out now then do the engine later. other question will my Odometer reading change or will it show the same milage?

PCM as in the engine computer? It isn't worth your while to replace it. The 2.7 computer will run the 3.5 just fine.

if you do switch,, you will have to replace the ecm,, have the skim and key to match the ecm, usually a draw back there

yea keep your orginal,, 02 was really the only year that had the firmer shifts, and that was the special only,
