I HAVE A BONE TO PICK!!!!

Hey everyone. I went to a STRATUS and AVENGER meet this weekend and met Rich, the owner of DREAMSPEED. He makes performance parts for Stratus's and Avengers. After a long conversation with him I found out that he had planned on researching and developing INTREPID performance parts. He threw his ideas out on this forum a while back and he was shot down and told not to make anything. That the forum wasnt an easy way for him to make an easy buck of an INTREPID owner. NOW WHATS UP WITH THAT!?!?!?! I would totally be into having this guy design parts! Im actually willing to loan him my car for him to figure some things out. But he's not going to manufacture anything if their is no market for it...simple as that! So come on guys, this is what we've all been waiting for! WHOS INTERESTED?!?!?!?!?!?!

I am totaly for it I am trying to make an L-intake right now it is a pain in the ass. I would rather just buy one or pay someone to make it for me. I am all for it.

Try to start a pittion or something like that and try to get some more guys interested. Because I know that we are not the only ones who want this.

What part is giving you trouble? The only difficulty I had was cutting the rubber (slow, but not impossible) and the install itself (again a slow pain in the butt but not impossible)

I am still thinking of producing the L_Intakes as soon as I can get the $$ together for the parts, hopefully soon guys....

Why not get the money up front from the buyer, and then get the parts? No risk involved on your end then....

hmmm..could be..it definatly seems we have enough interest here in the units

One thing I am going to try and do is cut the rubber fittings on a band saw instead of a Miter saw, I think it will give a much cleaner cut and better look overall

I checked mine again today at lunch, the clamps were still tight and the decals are looking good!!!

That sounds great, as long as he doesn't discriminate against us 2.7 owners, and just produce for the 3.5, and rt's....

Dont worry. The 2.7 is the first thing he's going to design for. It has the most engine space to play with. Besides, its what I have!!! I dont think the R/T boys need any help anyways...j/k guys! I'll contact Rich at DREAMSPEED this week and talk more with him about designing parts. Keep the interest rolling. Get the word out. The more people the better!!!!

Hello, my name is Ryan Prestel. I am the webmaster for Dreamspeed. We are interested in gathering the potential intrest in parts and getting them developed for you. An intake system would be the first to be developed. I need a list started for each engine with peoples names that are willing to purchase these intakes(Roughly $150). The more people that sign, the more likely we make it. So if you are really interested, then please get this list going. When you get a list of 25 potential buyers(per engine) then please email it to me. I will answer any questions you have via email at the link below.
