Looks like something you add to the SE factory fascia.

This guy had it custom made. He just added on to the stock bumper. He probably has the only one in the world. There's a video of his car on youtube. They don't sell these, it's custom just like LED tail light bar.

I remember seeing this online about 10 years ago. It was a one-off. Andy's Auto Sport is the only place that sells Intrepid body kits that I am aware of.

CPU if u have enough money to throw at it you can have a local custom shop work different bumper covers into whatever u like....just know that the covers will not be cheap, the hourly shop rate differs by state but in IN its from $50 to $150....per hour.....with the experience I have performing the same thing on a few covers, splicing 2 or 3 together to make 1 custom cover....I'd say expect $700 to $1000 bucks painted and installed....I'd get an andy's autosport cover....theirs are about $300-$400...then a shop would have to prep it, seal it, paint it, color sand it and buff/polish it....still looking at $700 probably....maybe more....

I figured as much if I find someone who can do it I feel it would be worth it. I do not really like the Fog light fascia's that come on the cars nor do I care for any of the body kit fascia's. so when I find someone who can do it I will use that as a starting point and work from there.
