Wiring in the lighted Key Ring

I want the lighted key ring to come on when I have the dash lights on at night. Where is the best place to wire this in at? Please give please give simple wiring ideas as I am Electrical schematic Challenged.

You have a few choices... At every location the wire will be orange

Headlamp switch Pin 9 (probably won't be there as the lighted switch was deleted during cost cutting)
Instrument cluster C1 pin 4
Radio C1 pin 3 or if you have base radio C2 pin 5
MTC head C1 pin 12 or ATC head pin 4

Any of these will do...

I just spent 30 minutes trying to get power to my Key ring without out my gauge cluster in Duh, It does not send power to the lighted dash items without the gauge cluster in Lmao. All is good now I wired it into the power from the traction control switch

Lol... I did the same thing except I took it apart and re did the connection 4 times before I looked closely at the wiring and realized the same...
