Track lighting, once again..

This is what happens when I am bored on a Friday night with some LEDs. Well now the car is blue and I added these back.. Little more professional this time. Got my rear courtesy lights in as well.

All wired up.

Always test before install.

And installed.

Very nice.

I'm going to try something a little different. I want to aim them inwards (horizontally) instead of up. Illuminate the car as mood lighting. I'll use aqua (stock greenish) and red LEDs on my relayed circuit so while cruising it'll be a dim aqua glow and red when opened.

I do like the idea of installing in those pieces. It's a very easy and functional location. Did you sand your LEDs flush.

Looks good, Josh. Where did you tap the wires?

That, is easily the very coolest and classiest idea I've seen in awhile.

Got any close ups of the LED's installed? Did you use standard 5mm ones?

Yea just regualar 5mm white LED.

I just tapped into the roof harness and ran a wire down
They come on and fade out just like the rest of the lights.

@Steph, I think that would be pretty sweet. If I am picturing the way you are stating it.
