Lowering a 98 Chrysler Concorde

This has probably been beaten to death but I'm a newbie and can't find the post.. anyone have any suggestions on professionally lowering a 98 Chrysler Concorde so that it has a lower stance and it is still reliable and handles good? I know Eibach make a kit.. any other suggestions ideas? I had wanted to bag but I'm not a baller...

Eibach springs (about 1 inch lower) or H&R springs (about 1.5 inch lower). KYB struts or 300M performance handling package struts.

The lower you make it the firmer the suspension will be (less distance the wheels can travel). Eibach would be the way to go if you want to keep as much of the blvd ride as possible. For handling the H&R's, for extreme handling Intrax, but watch the speed bumps. By the way they can be bagged. I have done it to my M (one of three suspension setup I have Intrax, H&R, and air bags.)
