Took out BCM and now got problem

Ok so i removed my BCM to install my RKE module, however it was the wrong model so i was trying to wait to get the new module before i put everything back..however i needed my car for an emergency...anyway..i put everything back...however my ATC is no longer in my control anymore...like the display works but the air just keeps on blowing and the temp of the air doenst show...like if i hit the off button...the air still keeps blowing...also my windshield wipers dont work...like i can spray the fluid but the wipers wont engage....my door locks, windows, and seats werent working then i checked my conncections behind the fuse box and the white one wasnt all the way in...this gave me back my door locks, windows, and seats functions, but I am still without control of my ATC nor my wipers...when i first installed my ATC it didnt work at first then its like just started workin like it was doing the same thing as now but then eventually like after a few mins or so it gave me control over the air flow...and showed the display...the weird thing in this case is that I can see the display just that it doesnt show the temp nor allow me to turn off the air flow...there is one connection that isnt connected but i dont think it was connected in the first place...its a 4 wire connector with one pink, one blue/white, one purple/yellow, and one green/black wire...any help is appreciated...does my atc just need to relearn that its my bitch and that i run things?? lol
