Buddy Club exhaust

Buddy Club tailpipes are supposed to be the loudest of their kind. Has anyone ever heard of them before? I tried to look online for a video or a sound clip of one "in action" but every link I get is dead...

Ummm... I am looking at your signature. "Fart cans rock", but at the same time you have dual "cans" on your trep. Hmmm...

The one pictured above is on Ebay for somewhere around $100 (I think). Your right... every forum I went to that spoke of it said that it is the loudest on the market. Question is... is it loud enough for my standards? And yes, I would love to have that on my car.
Also a sound clip would be nice so I can hear how loud it is.
From the research that I have done: HKS, Greddy, Apexi, Tanabe, hell they are all very pricey. :(

Went looking, I found some guy with duals on a zx2 Escort, 2.5 inch pipes ,header.
http://members.cox.net/theduck13/Escortdual.wav

Throw a resonator in to bring down the tone a little...not to bad sounding.
Hope this helps...

Loud doesn't always equal to sound good. But to each their own.

If you want loud, why not put on some whistlers.

Woo-woo!!!!

Lol... no whistlers for me thank you.

I don't want my car to sound retarded. Like most of you know i have a series 50 muffler, and a 4 inch tail pipe... you hear more of the muffler than you do the pipe. I need (and want) something different.
No offense to anyone... I don't want my car to sound like a muscle car. That's not my style.
Here's what I have now:

In this sound clip: http://members.cox.net/theduck13/bud...%20%20open.wav
He has straight pipe and the buddy club.
Dumb question for you guys: So if I remove the FRONT resonator and my muffler, and add a buddy... will my car sound exactly like that?

The reason you are hearing more muffler than pipe is probably due to the 4" tail pipe. You need to maintain backpressure throughout the exhaust system, therefore adding a big coffee can muffler on the back of your car is going to degrade your performance and make it sound like a Civic with a V6...But as Warlord187 said...to each his own...
