Yeah, dmondeac, I'm running the nawz on my 12V motor. It's pretty damn fast.

I think ACR, dscruggs, and maybe blurred10? are running it. If you walk over to the 300M forums, you may find even more

Another point i would like to be answered is....
How to correctly use NOS...not install, but when to hit the button and when NOT to

The general DO's and DONT's.
THANKS... sorry for the hijack... but im sure there are more people out there that want to know more about this, and instead of just PLAYING around with it and getting blown up, some of the pros should make some good points.

Don Scruggs is definitely NOT spraying.

Ryan D has spray on his car as well.

And please don't refer to it as NOS. That is a brand name.

1) The easiest way to engage it is with the use of a wide open throttle switch, which obviously starts the flow of nitrous when you are at wide open throttle, and only when the system is armed. You can also use an RPM activated window switch that brings it on at say, 3000 RPM, and off at 6000 RPM to save the transmission during shifts...and it would only work when the system is armed as well.
2) Don't ever hit the spray below about 2500 RPM, 3000 to be safe.

No, people call it NOS because they went and saw the fast and the furious and think thats how its said. NOS is a brand name, Nitrous Oxide Systems, manufactured by Holley. Nitrous systems are typically referred to as kits, mostly to prevent the misnaming issue, where one would think that NOS made someone's kit where they were really using Zex or Nitrous Works, or Nitrous Express.

Then you have the moron on Tuner Transformation that says "I want to put nawz in this car." 10 minutes later, they carry in a Nitrous Express kit. If I were NX, I'd be extremely pissed that they referred to a different company's product when NX paid for that spot.

Pete Viega (vegas) runs Nitrous on 300M, and I think he is selling his set up from the M to fine tune a couple other of his toys (Neon SXT and Ram ??Daytona??

Check the B&S ..also for reference he is in Va Bch area and just had a fixin meet where approx 6 or so 300M members got together for weekend of timing belt/water pump changes.. he's a great and able source of info for a lot of the electrical/techy stuff..

Okay, Lets call it NO2, Even when I worked in the Dental field long long before Fast and Furious it was called NOS. I plan to a progressive control with a setup and yes you should have WOT switch.
