Yeah, just pull off the panel, unscrew the old ones and screw the new ones in. It is a direct swap. I know the trim piece for the switches on the m's pops out of the door from the top, but I'm not sure if there is enough clearance to get the switches out with it. If you have the lock switch too you'll have to take the panel off anyway. That's probably the best idea. I'm pretty sure the rears wil require removing the panel because the trim doesn't come out, but I haven't looked at the m panels in awhile.
