I made that.... I took the back of the 300M Special cluster and put it on the front of the Police cluster and vice-versa.

Good work Adam. One question though, how does it light up cause the M is indiglo and the police is bulb lit. Sorry I'm a little confused about which face went on which.

Phil, police cluster looks like the regular intrepid bulb lit one, however it is not and is also indiglo like the 300m(unless the Canadian models are different) I'm curious as to how he connected them though. I imagine he was able to just connect to the special's inverter being as they're pretty much the same design, but I'm not sure. If I could get my hands on a police cluster, I would do the same thing. I prefer the looks of the trep gauges, but like the 150mph limit of the special cluster. Nice work man!

I liked the way the Intrepid cluster looked too.......but I really wanted the 240km/h top speed (cuz I used to bury the needle on occasion). But now the special cluster has grown on me, and I don't think I could go back.

Don't have a pic but I'll confirm that the Canadian police clusters are indiglo as well.

As for making the clusters. It is quite easy, the two clusters, the police and the special are almost identical, except for one has autostick and the other does not. He just swapped the facts on both clusters, since the Intrepids police cluster was not designed to run autostick.

Yes it is quite easy.

The hard part is getting ahold of both clusters to do it.
Those down in the US, both clusters are much easier to find for you guys.
I found my police cluster and then it took me 4 months to get ahold a Canadian Special cluster for a decent price. The bitch of it is, there was one 3/4 an hour away from me but the crazy yard wanted $450 for it! No Thanks!

There are about 20-30 US Police clusters listed on car-part.com right now and around 20 US Special clusters. No Canadian Specials (one shows but it is American, I've called them) and 2 Canadian Police clusters.

Oh, I've filled up on gas, and windshield washer fluid :icon_razz
