Throttle Body : 3.2 and 3.5

Hi guys , is there any difference between a 3.2 throttle body vs the 3.5 ?
I'm guessing yes ... because I'm thinking to change mine (3.2L) for a 3.5.
Is it worth it ? Can someone explain me what is the meaning : bore a throttle body ?
Sorry for my ignorance :(

Thanks ,
Rob

not sure on if there is a size difference, boreing it out would allow more air into the motor, more air and fuel means more power.
