Interest in new gauge cluster

These guys already have these gauges for the 1st gen, so I have been talking to them about making gauges for the 2nd gen. This is the exact response from an email I received today from them:

We can make a set of gauges for this model. Currently we do not get many requests for this model year cluster so the only way we could make the set is to charge for a one off set. The cost for this is 189.00. The details of this can be found at:
http://www.importintelligence.com/info.htm

Basically they can make them one at a time if needed but it would cost $189.00. I just asked them about a group buy so if anyone is interested, post here.

Have they taken one of the 2nd gen clusters apart?? I think they'll be surprised when they do.

The entire face of the cluster is one piece. It does not have seperate gauge faces like the 1st gen does. They woudl have to remove it from the pice behind it that it is glued to and make an entire new front complete with idiot lights.

OK, I just got another email from them just now. Here is the message:

If we got 10 buyers together we can do them for normal price of $25 for white, $30 for colored and $35 for CF and Metal Flake.

They are a lot cheaper then buying the factory gauges. Anybody in? I'm down for the CF set.

Look at the 1st page that talks about what they do...there is a link for "Custom work" http://www.importintelligence.com/custom.htm

If that is all it is is a total of $35 for the CF...I am in. I assume it is just an overlay huh? Sort of like the speedhut ones?

Yeah, they are just overlays. So I'm out. I thought they were replacements. I'm not trying to spend $30 on card board.
