Busy day workin on the trep

It's been a busy day in the garage. the treps on jack stands while my dad and cousin take the tranny out. why there were doing that i said what the hell and decided to do the fog light reflector mod. took me less then 15 mins. tomorrow they'll have the new tranny in with new filter and gasket and ALL new ATF +4 then we start on the timing belt and water pump along with new spark plugs, pcv, a/c and serp belt. the oil and my k&n was done a month ago so i still got a lil bit for that. hopefully it'll be like driving a new car lol

ill have pics tomorrow of some random things we're doing and ill try to get the headlights and fogs polished again so you can see the new mod.

Don't forget to clean the throttle body and IAC. Grab a can of Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner or Seafoam Deep Creep...... spray it into the idle passage in the TB with the engine running at normal temp and enjoy sthe smoke screen!

ok so slowly but surely my car is getting done. we got the new timing belt and water pump along with a new timing belt idler pulley(i think thats what it was called) done. while we were at it we were going to change the timing belt tensioner but could not find anyone who carrys it. Do these tensioners usually go out fairly easily ? Other then that we're picking up a thermostat housing gasket today to get that put on there and hopefully we'll be able to get things buttoned up and be able to start her soon.

*crossing fingers*

Dealership.

Judging by the amount of work you're doing, it's worth getting it changed now so there's less chance of having to open it up again once your done.
