I dont have many pictures of my 300M, but I will add them as they come. For now, here she is in all her splendor. And of course, Ive included a little background info. on her.

+ the infamous passenger side dash rip
My first car was a 2007 Kia Rio LX with 105HP. A very basic and fuel efficient car. But for a person my size ( 5' 11" 180lbs), and my need for power, it was not enough. On top of that the car proved very unreliable as it had MAJOR engine repair a month into its use. Spent 28 days in the shop, and I sued Kia and settled with them. I let that car go in August 2007.
The car that I used most of the time was a 2007 Hyundai Sonata V6, which showed to be promising. It had nice amount of power, but didnt appeal to me physically. Aside from a beautiful dual exhaust, it wasnt very thrilling. The dash setup was also very boring and outdated.
During the course of obtaining my license (March 2007) and now, I have driven and partially owned a few other cars. An STi being my favorite toy, which I now stay away from. Ive also experienced Evo's, Turboed Civics, an Integra setup with NOS. If you havent noticed, I like speed and handling.
I eventually ended up without a car, and went back to the drawing board. I decided to go used this time around. I spent well over a month going on cars.com/autotrader.com daily to search up things in my taste range. I was very close to purchasing a Dodge Intrepid or a Stratus........until I came across the 300M.
The car had exactly what I wanted. It packed a nice engine, lots of luxurious extras, and a sleek sexy (not to mention sporty) exterior. I do have to admit, a bit large for my taste, but I overlooked that. I looked at various 300M's, ranging from all colors and options. I had only about 5500$ to burn, so I definetly wanted a good bang for my buck.
I eventually found the 300M that was perfect for me. Although it doesnt have a sunroof (Which I definetly wanted), it was an overall good deal. Barely over 100K miles, and in very good condition all around. The asking price was roughly 5000$ but I worked it down to 4500$.
The previous owner of the car was the Syracuse FD (yes, fire department). So that made me feel a little better, Im hoping that they took good care of her. It shows that they have though. She runs very good, and aside from a couple of minor (and apparently common) problems, its been an excellent car.
Ive had the car for over 2 months now, and no major issues. I have no idea what the previous maintenance record for her is, so thats the only inconvenience right now. Ill apparently have to throw about 1500$ to obtain peace of mind, but with time Ill save that up and it will be worth it.
So in the end, I am very pleased with the car. And after about 2 weeks of ownership, it brought me to this great site. Definetly a car I hope to keep for a long time.
Since I originally posted this over at DI.net and 300mclub.org, only a few things have changed. I got rid of the 2 thin stripes along the middle of the car. It took about an hour to do, with the help of a blow drier. Ive also fixed a few burned out bulbs, with a few more to go. The lettering on the side of the car, has also been done with, as well as the CHRYSLER name on the back. Within the next few months before Carlise, I plan on getting the center caps on the rims replaced. I will also be installing a 300M special cluster, and replacing some broken/dinged plastics inside the car. I will also purchase a dash cover, to take the gash over the passenger side airbag out of my sight. There will also be engine mods coming soon [First will be JoeKDs intake], but those will come later in Spring.
