NeuroticDaves 300M/Late 2008 thread

I had another thread for my car, which IIRC I made in winter of 07/08. Seeing as a lot has changed in the previous months, I decided it was only fair to make a new thread for my car.

It all began with:

Black on Black 1999 300M
Non-PHP, No Sunroof, Pretty Basic
Car had 105K miles +/-
Overall body: No dings, paint chip, etc.
Engine: Stock 3.5L HO SOHC 253HP
Interior: Black leather with light signs of usage
+ the infamous passenger side dash rip

Conditions of car at purchase:

-Needed new brakes
-Needed new tires
-Bumper had a small crack, both sides
-Trunk lid was raised slightly
-Dash crack
-All original fluids and parts
-Rear window didnt work

Fixes/repairs:

-New brakes, all arond
-New Hankook 245/45/ZR18 tires
-New Special rims
-Custom dash cover
-Repaired rear window motor

Fluids/Miscellaneous:

-New transmission fluid ~3mths ago
-Synthetic 5W/30 Mobil1 every 3mths
-New power steering fluid, ATF+4 ~3mths ago
-Seafoamed entire engine at Carlisle [Thanks Tom]
-TransTune in transmission fluid
-New brake fluid
-New differential fluid ~1mth ago
-New Camshaft/Crankshaft sensors ~3mths ago
-New steering rack ~4mths ago

Modifications/Other:

-RB1 w/ Auxiliary wire for MP3/iPod
-6 CD Changer [busted on me ~1mth ago]
-Jeweled taillights
-Yellow fog lights
-Custom exhaust [No mid muffler, No resonator]
-Upgrade to 18" special rims + Z rated UHP tires
-20% tints all around

Pictures as of 9/22/2008:

Before the new rims:

A little dirty:

Lookin pretty slick...black rims do look quite nice on it.. ...Did you customize your shifter bezel to be smooth..or is that a factory option ive never knew existed ? ...Considered smoothing mine out on my Intrepid Mainly because it would make the fiberglass mod I got started a whole lot easier....but I kinda like the grid thing I currently have even if it is a bit hard to clean..
