NEW TREP HERE! My '99 Intrepid <3

Dodge Intrepid
1999
2.7L
PAW(black)
82,000 Miles.

First of all I have not been able to actually take any descent pictures.
I was bored so I was messing around, cleaning my contacts, checking the wiring because i have had a bunch of problems with sensors lately.

So then i decided to take a few Pictures. I will be getting more in soon.

Future Upgrades:

-17" SR Racing - SR-5 (BLACK) rims should ship in next week
-300m Special Sway bar should ship in sometime next week aswell
-Spoiler will also be put on with the huge load of upgrades that will be made next week.
-Getting some black paint, hitting the taillights black, leaving the lights exposed. Took the idea from the site.
-I have a red Brake caliper paint kit, will have to start cleaning and painting next week, have to make it look nice for the rims.
-Also going to get new headlight bulbs, cant decide which ones yet, i will have to stop by autozone and see what they have, I will probably go for the Blue HID look, I dont know yet.
-Power Seats.
-Auto Headlights.
-I will have to go get some plexiglass, neon tubing. Will have the wall protect my wiring for my amps and capiciter in the trunk, the neon will light everything up real nice.
-Magna Flow exhaust, yet to decide ( if you have better suggestions, please post )

So Far:....

SOME OF YOU MIGHT REMEMBER ME ASKING ABOUT PAINTING THE CAR.
My dad got into an accident 2 years ago. Some girl got her licence the day before ran a stop light hit the driver side front.
Had to get a new bumper, Hammer out the fender and hood, patch it up. Then Paint it.
( I PAINTED THIS MYSELF, tell me that doesnt look proffesionally done? )
Bumper, Hood, Fender were painted.

Gotta Have the sound....

Head unit - Alpine CDA-7897
CUSTOM built internal sub box.
2 Infinity 10" Subs.
2 Alpine MF-540 Amps, 1 for Speakers, 1 for subs.
Changed all the speakers, Lanzar-no name really, but they were cheap and sound good.
Damphered the entire car, Under the carpet all of the metal is covered by a 1/4 inch layer of rubber padding. Reduces the sound, and vibration. Better music, smoother ride.

Sub holes, this way all the pressure goes into the car, not my trunk.
( I have covers, will make them look nice soon )\

Blue Lights

Miles

Thats it for now.

More pictures coming once i get a car wash, and can get out in the sun for some glamour shots.

New wheels should be coming in this week, black rims, chrome lip. 2 inches bigger, can't wait to see what it looks like. as soon as these come in i will be custom painting my tail lights, painting my brake calipers and throwing my spoiler on. It will be a busy weekend if all goes well. I will have pictures up as soon as it gets done.

I would love to, but to be honest the wiring scares me a bit. Electricity, wiring dont usually like me. If i ever tried im sure i would most likely end up with an OTIS hole that is filled by a standart light

Nothing to it. There's even a how to for the wiring. You only need to run two wires to the BCm.

If you're worried about cutting the hole, wire it first, then cut the hole after it's working.

Cheers

Well, to finish it you would.
Not that much really. Just oull up the panel on the front of the dash (under the windshield), pull off the pillar molding, and slip the wire up under the headliner.

You'll still have to cut the hole in the headliner for the OTIS/EVIC though.

Cheers

BJ
