2002 intrepid

Well I just got back from germany, and I had let the ex wife use my car so she had something reliable for my son to get around in being the nice guy that I am .
Short version. Lets put it this way I just spent from 9:30am till 5:40pm cleaning and detailing my car back to the way it was when I bought it a year and half ago. It now has stains on the paint from the tree that it was sitting under, also there is a rather large chunk of paint that is missing on the front bumper now and there are small paint chips all along the hood and trunk that were not there before. Also i gave the car to her let her use it while I was in Iraq with about 52k on the miles, get it back and it has 97k on it mind you this has only been a year and half that i have owned the car.......
My 2002 Dodge Intreped

BTW what rims do I have most intrepids i see either have the aluminum 5 star or black steelies?

I think those are starblades, not sure though. I've seen them on Caravans usually. There's a cap missing on your plenum...

Looks like it's time to find an ES bumper to take care of that paint issue.

My 04 did not come with that cap if your talking about the red 2.7 thing on the plenum. I got one from the yard for free. Just snaps on!

Your engine looks well kept now!

I'm talking about the side of the plenum, I guess that's where the MTV goes in the Motorsports SE models with the 2.7...If my assumption is right he should have a vacuum leak from there unless they don't cast a hole for the non Motorsports model plenums...

Round indentation right over the oil cap in the last engine bay pic. As I said they might not cast a hole in it but mine had a cover in it there.

You have a great trep to start with. Hopefully that 2.7 was maintained properly while you were away.
