Wink Wildman's '02 SXT sig thread

Welcome to my sig thread for my Trep. Please feel free to comment or throw any suggestions my way. I am always trying to improve the look of my ride and try to make it a little different than others because God knows there are lots of Intrepids out there. Of course I would love to throw on a body kit and new paint but like most people out there, the funds are not always there.

2002 Chrysler Intrepid SXT

Paint: Black
Engine: 3.5 High Output
Tires: 225 55 17's
Rims: Polished 17 inch crusaders
Brakes: 4 wheel disks with ABS
Stereo: Premium Sound CD player
Seats: Charcoal color cloth, Power driver's seat, back seats fold down with center cup holders
Power Moonroof

Bought the car used at a local dealership in June of 2007. It only had 87,000kms. The car was stock except for a cell phone antenna on the back window and the previous owner had installed a winshield washer fluid heater which will actually come in handy in the cold winter months here on the East Coast of Canada.

Modifications I've done:

-Debadged the whole car except for the "Intrepid" and the "SXT" on the trunk lid.
-Removed license plate mount and plate on the front bumper (It's illegal in NB to not have a front plate but I'll take my chances.
-Tinted license plate cover for back plate

Future modifications:

-Tinted windows back and 4 doors (Illegal in NB to tint the front door windows, Oh well, hehehe...)
-New stereo system
-Dual exhaust
-Vent visors (possibly)

Here are some pics of what the car looked like when I first bought it

Here are a few pics of what it looks like now

Some interior pics

Here is a couple of pics of my '02 and my '97. Awwww, aren't they cute together!

Here is a pic of my '97 before the damaged driver side fender

Thanks for checking out my rides!

Very nice! I like the fact that you have both 1st gen and 2nd gen. It shows the dedication to the trep ;) Hopefully we can get some of those decals on your babies

One of the best looking Intrepids here IMO. What a beauty. Black when it is clean is amazing. Great photo's!
Now all you need, is to upgrade to the 2.7 HO motor.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys, greatly appreciated! This is why I love DI.Net so much, it's good for my Trep's ego, lol... Winter is slowly approaching in my neck of the woods so I am going to wait till the spring to get the windows tinted. I just got my car undercoated last week and now I am on the hunt to get some winter rims and tires. I refuse to drive the Crusaders in the snow. I will add some photo's of my '02 SXT when I have her all ready for winter. I want to give it the nascar look for the winter with some black rims and white letter tires. I think that would look awesome.

Thanks again to all.

Cheers

Sweet looking Black SXT!

Do what a million of us have done, 300M Cluster and 300M Chrome shifter, really, really sets off the interior.

Late!

Hmmmm... now you got me thinking... I will be making a trip to the local junkyard and I will see what they have to offer. It would look damn good in a black car. Thanks for putting this mod in my head Scooter-Man.

Cheers
