USB Ports

i'm having some trouble whenever a device uses my USB port.
My computer becomes really slow and choppy whenever i am using something through it. I have a 900 mHz and 640 MB RAM so i don't think that is the problem. and also, i'm running XP Pro. Could that be it?? maybe I should switch back to Win 2k Pro. Let me know if you guys have any ideas. Thanks!

hm, i don't think the OS has anything to do with it, but maybe i'm wrong.

I have no clue, next time you run it, check your system resources, and if they're low, then something is really fucked up, like a program that's running is sucking up all your RAM.

Wierd though, never heard of that one.
