Call centers, that's one of the major things we do where I work too, both incoming and outgoing call centers using Siemens, Aspect, Rockwell and others.
I help design and support these things, and I too get somewhat upset when I'm involved in a project of building and designing the very systems that I refuse to answer my own phone for.
