So you're running a Static IP on the LAN side. Make sure DHCP is disabled on the router and also make sure you have the correct TCP/IP settings: as in making sure you're not using a DHCP client instead of manually setting it to use a certain IP, subnet mask and gateway
Or if you want you can go DHCP then go into the router and do a Static DHCP setup that gives out certain IP addresses via matching MAC addresses.
