How do I stop this?

Ever since I installed the XP-SP3 update this window pops up every time I put a DVD in.

Does anyone know what’s causing this to occur and how do I prevent it?
I have DVDFab 5 and Cyberlink PowerDVD installed and I’m sure that they’re not causing the problem.
Thanks in advance for any solutions

Thanks, but do you know what program, macro, etc that's causing it? I don't have any idea what to look for or what topic in Help and Support it would be under.

Open My Computer
Right-Click the drive that's doing this
Select Properties
Select the Autoplay tab
Set the functions

Thanks, I tried selecting "Take no action" for all files(Music,Pictures,Video, etc) but that didn't solve the problem.
