Anyone experienced with Vinyl cuttting plotters?

I am looking at buying a vinyl cutting machine to do some various decals with. I am looking at a couple of them on ebay. This model looks like it would be about right for what I need it for and the price is hard to beat. Are there any models I should steer clear of? This will be used just as a hobby but I want a machine that will last and do a quality job.

This is the project I am wanting to cut. I modeled this up in Solidworks on my lunchbreak. It is based on the original Daytona Edition sticker with a few changes I made to suit me.

That is actually the same machine type I use when I did some Vinyl. Easy to use and once set up right it did well. I actually did a set of decals for allpar.com

Make sure any picture/ image you want to have cut is in a "Vector" format. I have a crapload of them still somewhere if you want any. I also know how to vector some images if simple enough if needed. (need to get illustrator working again I suppose.)
