I agree. I'm using the consumer preview on my HTPC and it would be totally awesome if they'd bring the Kinect system over to Windows 8.

Could've just posted this in the Windows 8 thread... just sayin'

I really want to get my hands on the Microsoft Surface Pro when it comes out around January or so. But I am quite happy with the way Win8 runs on my non-touch, standard (keyboard and mouse setting) desktop.

Along with full xbox integration (your xbox live acct and windows live acct becoming one and the same), Smartglass, full Windows Phone 8 integration (WP8 will share the same kernel and core as your desktop/tablet/hybrid OS) and all will be in harmonious sync via Skydrive... Cloud computing FTW!
