linksys wireless router ... somone changed the pass and i cant get in

Alright let me explain my situation.I live upstairs in a 2 family house.
I caled my local cable provider and they said I could not get cable to my house because their computers say its a single family house..

So My neighbors are cool. I ran my cable wire from their splitter upstairs and told them if they get the internet i pay have and both of us will be set. He has xbox downstairs i have psp up here.

SO./.. they get the modem i get the router cuz my computer has a wireless card.

I BUY THE Router hook it up downstairs. Hook the xbox up and their computer.

So one day i see his buddy on the computer downstairs (i was looking through their front door) and i go upstairs and try to get on the routers admin 192.
168.1.1 and the password is not right.

I asked him downstairs if the pass was changed he said no.

So my question is HOW IN THE HELL... Do i reset the pass ?

stick a pen, paper clip whatever into the "reset hole", hold it for a few secs and start over.

Delete the "network connection" on your pc, reset the router (if I remember correct, think you have to hold it in for 5 secs ) and start all over again.
ie, set up "new network connection".

I know it's a pain, I had to do it here a few months ago. If you don't have any "paperwork", Linksys website is really good.
Good luck and tell your buddy to keep his paws off it.

When you reset the router, everything gets set back to default.
