If anyone is interested in how digital radio works, this paper
will make the RF to digital believable!

Sure!... not sure how i can approach this.. it's 2.37 MB.
I can't post PDF's, and it loses too much in notepad format..

What does it talk about, like APCO P25 systems in public safety or ICOM's D-Link for amatuer radio? It works basically the same way a modem works but for audio D-Link is 3600 Baud and P25 is 9600 Baud. I have a decoder on my computer, used in conjunction with my police scanners discrminitor tap that allows me to read everything that is going on in the system. I have lots of free time.

No, it's a primer on how RF is received, A/D converted,mixed with L/O freq,
and so on until it's turned back into audio..
Good site, and free.
45 pages- too big to paste, and PDF's are weird...but according to the page I can email it to a friend..
