NFS3 and the Chrysler 300M

Well, some of you may remember the game... Need For Speed III. Some of you might even still have it or play it. I am one of those people.

Tonight I wanted to find a Dodge Intrepid car for the game, but was not able to find one.

I did, however, find a very nice 300M car. It's rated as a Class C car by the game, but that has more to do with the top speed of the car than anything else. I've had it up to 130mph in the game, and it handles better than a lot of Class A cars!

If some of you still have NFS3 and still play it, here's a link to download the 300M car from my website: (approx. 800KB) http://mark1500p4.sytes.net:81/300M.zip

To install, extract the car.viv file to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed III\GameData\CarModel\300M (you'll end up making the 300M folder). Then run the game and pick the car! You can also choose from almost all of the standard colors too.

Here's some pics taken from the game:

What do you think?

I was going to model my car for GTA 3 (uses the same modeling program as NFS) but after downloading the program I decided I didn't want to spend hours upon hours figuring out how to use it..

I have somewhere a hacked version of that 300M that does 1500mph. And a 69 Dodge SuperBee that will do 2900mph in NFS3.

I want to model the Intrepid and Concorde for GTA3 but I have to find a utility to convert file formats
