Jamie wins

Jamie wins Rockingham Busch race for 4th time in a row, and he starts on the outside of front row for cup race.

I didn't get to see the last half of the race. I had to take a friend to a dealer to look at a car and forgot to tape it. Oh well they'll show it later in the week. Now if he wins on Sunday.....

god damnit....kenseth beat Kasey Kahne in the 9 car by .001 second, if the finish line were 10 feet down track, a dodge would have won...not bad for a rookie

I SEEN IT ALL. THE BUSCH SERIES I WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PITS, ABOUT THE MIDDLE. THEN FOR THE NEXTEL RACE I WAS ON THE BACK SIDE UP HIGH. I SEEN ALL THE WRECKS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I GOT ALOT FOR PICTURES FROM IN THE PITS. I'LL POST THEM LATER ON.

Great win. Surprised Newman was never a factor.

it was a better loss for the Rook...when you can race like that in your second race, you know there is a future there...and it was surprising newman didn't get back up there, because near the end, he was steadily moving up then he stalled progress in 6th place

"He definitely slowed me up there for a minute," Kahne said. "It was one lap, and then he pulled down and let me go. That's why you have teammates, I guess. Me and Jeremy (Mayfield), maybe, will be able to do something like that sometime and get a win for (car owner Ray) Evernham."

Sounds like a crybaby to me.

"I don't know Mark real well, but I know him well enough to know he wouldn't do something like that," McMurray said. "He was trying to get out of the way."

McMurry has some class.

McMurry and Newman will make great Toyota drivers in a few years.

do you ever make anything positive about DC? and neither one of them will drive for Toyota, since Toyota won't ever enter Cup...and Martin was blocking, no matter how you look at it, no one darts up and down the track the way he was to "get out of the way" NASCAR saw it too...I like Mark Martin, and dont mind seeing him win every now and then, because for the most part he is a clean driver...but what he did was block like crazy...and he knew it, and why does that sound like a crybaby? he said it was one lap, acknowledged the use of teammates for this kind of sh*t, and said that he let him go...give it up on your whole "I hate DC so everyone else should too, and it seems that everyone else is getting sick of your sh*t too

I don't see Penske giving up Newman anytime I soon, and further more, PENSKE is not stupid enough to switch to Toyota.

Nascar is fixed anyway so who cares. the have the winner picked before the race starts and then contingency if he crashes.

It so obvious, its silly. Its all about money and advertising, not racing anymore.
All the cars use the same template, so where is the manufacture incentive. All the same car, only different engines.
Stock cars, nope, just in name
Now in the 60's and 70's, that was racing and real manufacturer efforts.

The sooner it fades away the better, as boring as golf on TV
