Toronto Auto Show...

Since when did one person design the cars for every major manufacturer? I'm absolutely amazed at how every cars interior (and most of the exteriors) look exactly the same. Everything everything everything looks the same. Its sooo boring, and cheap, and plastic. I'm glad I own my old Intrepid! Not the intrepid below.

So the only cool thing I saw was a little electric truck.

I wouldnt mind this Audi S6 with a lovely V-10 engine.

I would seriously LOVE this car, even though its a Honda.

I wouldnt mind this truck either.

Nice old Plymouth Cop Car

I also LOVED the Toyota 4x4 Test Track and want to do it again! I also want to buy a 4x4 truck, or an old Grand Cherokee. MMMMM off road fun!!!!!

The test track started in the underground loading dock of the congress centre and involves about 7 blocks of city driving to get to the test track. On the way back the 4x4 club member 'instructor' who sat in the drivers seat commented that I was the only person so far who had thought to downshift into 1 when taking the steep and long ramp back down to the loading dock.

Nah, its a canadian company. Its mainly targeted at the golf cart type market, like for running around a large factory or warehouse or such.

The Accord Tourer wagon's 2.2 i-CDTi diesel engine produces a respectable 138 BHP at 4000 RPM. This propels the wagon to a 0-62 MPH in 10.4 seconds, with a British mileage rating of 48.7 MPG combined (roughly 40.5 US MPG). By comparison, the 187 BHP gasoline powered 2.4 liter i-VTEC delivers a 0-62 MPH time of 8.4 seconds with 29.1 MPG combined (about 24 US MPG), while the entry-level 153 BHP gasoline powered 2.0 liter i-VTEC delivers a 0-62 MPH time of 9.9 seconds with 34 MPG combined (just over 28 US MPG), through its manual transmission.

40.5 MPG combined. Thats pretty crazy. I can manage to squeak out about 30mpg highway with my intrepid, but thats when doing the speed limit with the cruise on.

Good, because some people [honda fans] think that the Accord diesel will get 30 city, 50 highway.
35/45 if they drive like a grandmother.

Now the Jetta diesel wagon, that might get 40/50.
